Rental property has had ‘unexplained’ encounters of the spooky kind, with the ‘devil’ in the details- this story and photo were forwarded to us by a concerned SA Property Manager back in April 2016.
She was not sure about the best way to approach this issue with her tenant.
This tenant mopped the carpets ‘clean’ AFTER getting them professionally steam cleaned in an attempt to ‘get them cleaner’!

“It’s not uncommon for an existing tenant to request permission for a pet during their tenancy.
Richard Camba, property manager at Walsh & Sullivan First National in NSW sent me an email with these photos.
We received some interesting photos from a property manager recently, who sent us these pictures (below) from the inside the rental property. The tenant is a ‘hoarder’, backed by a landlord who has sympathy for the tenant and their mental condition.
