Inspired Growth Training webinar and subscriptions carry a 30 day cooling off period and a 12 minimum subscription commitment after that date. Cancellations made in that time frame will generally incur an invoice for the remainder of the 12 months.
In certain cases with extenuating circumstances, this payout figure may be reviewed by the General Manager and these decisions will be at the discretion of the Directors and Management.
As our products are digital or provided via live training, it is not a reasonable expectation that exchange or refund be available, however, we stand by our satisfaction guarantee that if you feel that the training does not represent value and quality, simply contact the General Manager with your concerns and the matter will be attended to swiftly. Again, all refunds will be at the discretion of the Directors and Management.
If you purchase an event ticket but find that you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer those tickets to another person of your choosing as long as you send notification by email of the changes to the registration at least 3 business days prior to the event date.
If you cannot transfer the ticket/s to another person, refunds can be arranged in accordance with our statement below:
No refunds if cancelling within 7 clear days before the scheduled event.
If cancelling before 7 clear days before the scheduled event, a refund will be paid less a $55 administration fee per booking.
Cancellations must be received by email or in writing.
‘No shows’ on the day – no refund will be given.
Your company/contact details may be supplied to the event sponsors.
In the event that the session is cancelled by the organisers, Inspired Growth Training Pty Ltd will refund ticket prices but will not be held liable for other expenses incurred by the registrant – including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation or staff expenses.
